I purchased several pieces of jewelry…

I purchased several pieces of jewelry from Superjeweler and while I can't be 100% sure of the stated appraised values I can say that the items are genuine. The only time I had an issue was when I ordered something without logging into my account. Had a very difficult time tracking my order as it didn't show up on my account.

I ordered a ring and it is as described. Read the description carefully.

I ordered a ring and it is as described. It is hard buying online because you can't see what you are buying. The transaction and communication was excellent. I will be returning the ring because it is just too flawed. I thought it was worth a chance due to the price. I love the setting but the 3 big diamonds are very flawed and cloudy.

Do not order from this company, bad business, rings are poorly represented on the site, what you received you'll be embarrassed to wear or give as a gift. Save yourself some greif and go to a store where you can see the product. Refund/credit is a joke. Don't waste your time.
